Photo: Whatchoo talkin' bout turkey?


Gonna stick with visions of yumminess for now. This was an apple-brined & smoked turkey I did this past weekend. All things considered, it was incredibly moist, much easier than I would have imagined and tasty... still, not the best thing I've done, if only because I'd rather be eating beef and pork. That would make a good bumper sticker, actually. But can you beat that photo -- has a turkey ever looked so appealing?
